Sri Lanka is blessed with multiple surfing hotspots spread across the island. The beaches of Weligama, Mirissa and Unawatuna are all within 30 mintues to an hour’s drive from Savenrose. These locations are especially suited for intermediate and beginner level surfers. There are multiple schools which offer lessons and is a wonderful way to spend a day on the south coast.
